Since everything here is handcrafted exclusively by artist, We are able to customize each piece to meet your specific needs. We make each piece with love so please allow up to 2- 3 days for your order to be mailed.
After the shipping of order could be in your place within 4-10 days, depend on destination.
We ship all our goods via www.elta.gr and we ship it after the funds have cleared in our account.
After shipping we provide you with tracking number where you can apply in the official page of www.elta.gr post office to detect where exactly is your parcel.
Vraxioli.com provide at minimum an exchange or a full refund (excluding the original shipping and the return shipping) within 7 days of receipt of the piece if it has been damaged in transit. You will need to message us within 7 days of receipt and we will provide you with instructions. Please note that customised pieces cannot be refunded.
